What SwimZelo is for
SwimZelo is a companion for swimmers and families whose clubs use SwimClub Manager. It helps signed-in users view synced swimming results, follow progress, set private targets and create privacy-conscious personal-best summaries.
Data on your device
Synced swimming information is stored locally so that previously downloaded results remain useful when the device is offline. On supported mobile devices, authentication credentials use the platform’s secure storage facilities.
Account synchronisation
The app connects to the SwimZelo service to authenticate the account and synchronise the swimming information available to it. A failed refresh does not replace an existing saved snapshot.
Sharing
Sharing is initiated by the user. Personal-best sharing is designed to exclude swimmer identity by default, giving the user control over the destination and context in which it is shared.
Rankings
Club leaderboard features use privacy-reduced competitor information. The experience is intended to show useful ranking context without turning SwimZelo into a public social profile.
Before public release
The final notice should identify the service operator, lawful bases, retention periods, subprocessors, international transfers, user rights, contact route and any analytics or diagnostic services enabled for production.
